Shipping and Delivery Policy 

All customs products are made to order. It is the customer’s responsibility to take into account our average production timeline and average shipping and delivery time and take both into consideration. And the customer is also responsible for responding and approving in a timely fashion. We do not move the order into the production line until the customer approves the artwork. This also needs to be considered that when you order we may take time to receive such an order. Asking for revision or requesting for edits will also take 1 additional business day per order adjustment. By asking for any kind of edit in order, the customer understands that the additional time we may add to complete the requested adjustment. 

Our production plus shipping timeline as it follows 

Art production time: We reserve a minimum of 2 business days and maximum of 4 business days to finish your custom artwork. We do an average 1 day turn around for your first initial proof but reserve the right for additional time in case we experience an influx of orders. 

Product production time: After the customer approves their artwork, the order immediately goes to our production line. Depending on the order it may take 5 to 8 business days to complete it. 

Overall turn around times 

US Orders: 1-2 weeks

Uk-Australia: 2-3 weeks 

Canada: 2-4 weeks

Rest of the world 2-4 weeks 

Note: This is longer during busy periods 

Service interruption 

In the event of a natural disaster or a global disease outbreak or any other act that could disrupt our production line and halt it for the safety of staff and employees then orders might take longer time to complete and deliver. In such cases all the affected customers will be notified. However we won’t be liable for service interrupted by 3rd parties or shipping companies and are to be handled by the customer and said 3rd party.
